    I'm going to verbally warn him, for the following reasons:

    1.) You didn't inform him of his spike and I've analyzed the areas he spikes according to the replay - doesn't really look like he was abusing it, and with that said, the user may not have been aware that he was lagging.

    2.) There is only 1 screenshot of his ping.


    Report him again if it reoccurs.
