IGN of reported player: MashiraQ, and Oni

Reason: Obvious Hitbox, was getting blasted with PB's on the Garden map, and eliminated with massive damage hits on High Haven, kind of ridiculous of how hard these players hit.

About Oni - I don't think this user was using anything. Most of the PB's that you received were from MashiraQ. Everything looks fine to me.
