Flame - yes from me, user kills enemies way too fast even with that huge ping, looks like hitbox for me.
Airadox could be toggling, waiting for other opinions.

In my opinion Airadox isnt using anything. There were barely suspicious moments, not enough.
As for Flame - I must agree with George. It looks like he's hitting too hard and it happened too often.
