Proof/Evidence: 35-40 ping average. The obvious round was at 2-1 where he pb'd me to red all the way from that distance. I believe he alt tabbed during the beginning to turn it on.

This was too obvious, it's clearly that the user was using hitbox. First time he was playing legit, then you can clearly see he came back from minimize at the beginning of the second round and somehow he managed to make you red in two shots from far distance. It was too obvious at the round it was 2-1 and became 2-2 when he was shooting you from far and managed to kill you very quickly.
