try razer cortex (game booster)
open task manager go to processes and close every bg program u dont use such as teamviewer or adobe things or even itunes

the resolution i tryed and it works a bit from 120 now i have 150..

What gfx-card do you have? (if you don't know type dxdiag in start > search, go to the second tab, should say the brand behind manufacturer)

Take a look here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download, that will update it to the latest version. Don't know if AMD has a handy program like Nvidia to keep your drivers up to date for you though x)
