May i ask 1 question,
Today, a few people were showing a lag sign to me but their ping was stable(e.g. 138-140), may i know if this has any solution? or this is a server issue

My ping is stable too but keep seeing people with lag sign but i could kill him

Could have been the update of the server, lately a lot of bugs seem to popup.
One thing you could do is restart your router hopefully it will fix your lag.
