TE-Data closed game ports, is only browsing now and there is noway of re-opening them, Try to find a static ip vpn thats not banned and pm dave to whitelist it so you will be able to play normally again.
(same thing happened to me on league of legends where it was always saying 'attempting to reconnect' and got it fixed by the solution above)
