So if I can't turn off the VPN I won't be able to play or access the website? I'm really starting to hate my internet provider Acanac now... I'm getting 200ms spikes every 10 secs for no reason now too.

You are only allowed to play with a premium VPN that has a static IP address. You will have to PM me the IP address and your account name and I will whitelist it.
