everytime I play, people from the past week are saying that im spiking,
asking me if I want to get reported,
they say my ping goes from 120 to 250
how do I fix the spike?

Have you tried turning off your wifi? If so, did your ping become any better? If not then try.
Also try using the /forcenat command so you connect directly to the server instead of players.
