CnC please, tell me what to work on and where I went wrong. I know some of the obvious things but I need help learning so be brutally honest. Rude acceptable. I know the hands are two different colors, I don't know how to blend very well or at all, probably used too much lighting colors on random things and the background is terrible. Anymore?

For your first signature you did a pretty good job, I like the images that you decided to work with. There are a few things that I'd like to mention but I'll just state the main stuff. I feel like the height of the signature could be increased because it seems too compact in comparison to the original images used. Also in my opinion the render is too bright, if you're going for something dark like Reaper you might want to add effects to make it a little more sinister looking perhaps?

In addition I'm not a big fan of the font you used either, try searching for more fonts that suit the render you're making, you can find more fonts at:
    www.1001fonts.com
    www.dafont.com
    www.fontfabric.com

In terms of your blending ability I'm sure you'll improve as you put in more practice and work with more designs you create.
For example something like this is what you're looking to do with your rendering:

We would love to guide you through your GFX Journey, thanks for having us CnC your first signature!
Take notes of what we say so you would improve throughout your journey.
    #1Chef forgot 1 thing,the renders.
    Pick high quality renders here:
    http://bakarenders.com/renders/

I have a similar concept with this "Reaper" Signature.

Notice the lighting, the high quality render, the blend in motion and the text fitting the signature. This is what you want to have,a perfect signature with a Focal Point,Depth,Lighting,Blend,Motion, and text position. These are some of the important things you need to note to get a perfect signature which will feed everyone's eyes like its a graphic porn that would catch everyone's attention(you know so). It would've been better if you made your FIRST signature with some knowledge of GFX through the use of Youtube's Tutorials/DeviantArt picture-featured tutorials. Everything must add up to your concept(which is the text and render). I would love to explain everything further with instructions/tutorials/showing you what I mean but I am kind of in a rush with something so I'll finish it with my CnC of "Average" for your first signature. I hope I'd help you in a way or two!
