you can use pm, atleast i did it when my report got declined, i asked why and i got answer.

If a staff member made a decision, there's no need to discuss about it anymore.
Of course if a report is declined, the reporter will have something against that decision. You'll just have to deal it.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.
