Proof/Evidence: Tripsik was seen using macro to kill other players and refused to stop despite being warned.

Do you have any other pictures of "warning" him? I wouldn't really consider your picture as a warning, as you simply SUGGEST it with a heart in the end and everything.
They're allowed to kill others, it's if they kill others using macros and the ones who got killed tells them to stop, but they continue anyways, then it's reportable. But as stated above, that picture of yours wasn't really telling Tripsik to stop.
