Reason: following me everywhere i go + killing me and taunting me + inviting me in chats and insulting me cuz i reject whisper its not the first time he is doing this and not only me anyone who kills him he does this ^ can i reject chat invites ?

Well you're only in one room to begin with, if you switched to another room and he followed you around everywhere you went then I'd consider it stalking, but there's no punishment for killing and taunting you. It looks like he's just egoing you, you can use the /ignore function and you won't have to read that.

I don't know if we can reject chat invites other than that it's automatically declined if you're already in a chat, so create one for yourself and then it will be automatically declined.
If he spams you with invites then you can report him for spam.
