    Good evening,

I am having issues running GunZ. I have just installed the client, ran the launcher and it attempted to launch gunz.exe which eventually gave a clean error (see picture below). I haven't been able to find any error logs to diagnose the issue with nor did searching true the forum history help me any further. I have directx, .net and vcredist installed on my Windows 10 machine.

    Thanks in advance

Direct X has been installed. I have added the folder to the av exclusion list and even disabled the av itself. Despite my efforts I am still getting the same error message.

Try right clicking, "Run as Administrator"

I have tried that as well, unfortunantly didn't solve the issue.

What did you add to your exclusion list?

Both Gunz.exe / Launcher.exe need to be added. Also ensure they're added to both anti-virus and firewall

I have added the entire directory, and the gunz.exe process seperatly just to be sure. I am using BitDefender if that is relevant.

Does the issue still happen when you attempt to run Gunz directly by just opening the GunZ.exe directly?

Yep, tried running it from the launcher and directly, same effect.

Quickly researching the issue it would seem the problem would be with "Bitdefender", my only advice would be to uninstall Bitdefender, restarting your PC and attempting to launch GunZ then.
