If you are talking about clan emblems, then unfortunately they are currently disabled for your own safety due a malware.

If you are talking about a forum signature, vBulletin only accepts a specific amount of bytes to be uploaded, however you can still bypass that by uploading your signature image to www.imgur.com for example, get the image link and surround it with the [img][/img] tags.
