[Help - Other] No Ping and "LAG" on the head

everyone is with "LAG" above head and no ping --

firewall status: Disable

Ant Virus status: Disable and unnistalled

Gunz.exe and FreestyleGunZ.exe add on the firewall

please, someone help me !

and i cant see no ping --
