Reason:Using the VIP Transfer to make a player believe that he will put VIP(at first he will say create a new account and uses VIP transfer in it )...Making the person want him to put VIP on his main account

Screenshots only show that he claims that he gave someone vip through transfer, I don't see any scam attempt or anything but can't punish him for lying if he now didn't give the other guy VIP or whatever.
