right - click on your desktop > go to nvidia graphicscard settings > go to options > and set nvidida power management to maximum.
(NVIDIA CP > Manage 3D Settings > Global Settings > Power Management > Prefer Max Performance.)

Did you contact the shop where you bought this, maybe they could help you out.
Also it can be a thing that the NXT client of Runescape uses way less RAM and all that stuff compared to Freestyle GunZ, an old game with an outdated client/code.
It already is on ''Prefer max performance'' but that doesn't really help.

Yes I did, I bought this notebook from the official Dell website. Waiting for their answer, but I thought maybe someone could help me out here.

I just got this problem with Gunz, all the rest is fine. Its just weird that i'm only getting 300 FPS on Gunz, since its not a heavy graphical game.
What Legancy mentioned should do it.
NXT is useless, I'd recommend not using it at all.
