    Screenshot doesn't show the user being warned about his net issue. Also within the replay, I see the user didn't kill anyone with the net issue going on and then shortly left the gameroom.


    Make sure for future reports regarding spiking that you warn the user of his spike and provide us with a screenshot of you warning them if it comes to the case of your reporting X user.
