Both users are legit to me.
As you can see from the screenshots you provided, their pings are high, that some of your shots didn't register because they're a bit lag, plus with the anti-lead.
Both of their movements are normal to me, no suspicious movements. They don't seem to toggle any third-party programs or damage reduce.

Nope from me, both users are legit.
Seems like their ping is tanking some hits. Both users are taking the necessary damage when you hit them and are dying pretty easily in the replays you provided.
