The user doesn't seem to be taking advantage of his spike.
Seeing from this screenshot of yours, you warned him from time: [20:27] to [20:28], and I see the user rejoined seeing from his score on the screenshot time [20: 38]. As I can see, he rejoined to fix his lag after you told him to fix it.
