Yes. You need screenshots of their ping and also a replay that shows he's actually spiking and that's him and not you.

I don't have and also u can see that its him who lagging cause all of the other players have neat ping and if it was me who is lagging ull see all of the other players ping high AF so I don't see wats the point of the record lel
