What are you exactly reporting this user for?
Taunting whilst others ask him kindly to stop, also the hosts asked hun too.

There's no rule against taunting. if there was then we wouldn't include taunting in the game to begin with.
If the hosts finds the player annoying or that he's disrupting the event then they should ask for him to stop, and if he doesn't then they can kick him if it becomes an issue.
It's just about manners really.
