Both of the users should be banned, was kinda obvious in my opinion. Especially Neuer, he was using level 1 shotguns.

yes on both from me. as omma stated it's quite obvious, neuer using lv1 shotguns and dealing a shitload of damage.
Scalp is missing half of his shots but still dealing a huge load of damage on you.
