i also told him i have hitbox to let him admit that hes using but he didnt fall xdd anyways i have f10 recoreds if u want

I suspect Intact to be using a hitbox/aimfix, using ANAEL replays it become highly noticeable in replay "DMT[001]_^1Trojen_2017-07-17_03-17-07" after round 7, therefore user should be banned.

More opinion are required.

Yeah definitely looks suspicious to me, in the same replay as Notorious said after round 7 (round 12 was very weird Imo), there was some round after 7 aswell but can't remember that he aimed above you but still did pretty hard damage.
