so ure saying if you're vip you can change to blue / grey / gold? and if ur grey u stay grey?

Yeah, basically I've all the usergrades without staff, I wanted to be grey on purpose but I'm sure others would love to change their color once a while, makes the members feel more unique.

Maybe a function for VIP Exclusive where you can change your color to certain colors (not close to the staff colors)?

That exists already and is paid.
I don't think people should have the ability to freely change hex colors
