If any training snipers get added, they will not have the old delay.

I'm not going to modify the code so 1-2 snipers are unaffected by the nerf.
And that is IF any get added, it's not my call and I doubt any are going to be added anyway.

Why are you so diligent to doubt they will be added? just curious, Theres even training rocket launchers ye? just dont understand why there wouldnt be any training snipers; noting that they would piss people off less than reg snipers.

You don't have to convince me, I don't care. Dave/McSic are the ones that get final say on zitem changes (new weapons aka training snipers).
