It will be hard for forum moderatos to wait this dude to come online and ask that dudw if ur problem is fixed or not

If they have to wait that long for the dude to come online, whatever the problem is is clearly not that big of an issue to the person to begin with lol. Majority of the time, active players are the ones who report these issues and respond as often as they can.

I support. Players can just request it to be moved to the completed section. If they forget to request it, forum mods can use their common sense and tell if a problem was solved or not yet, then just move it whenever they see fit.

But you also can't know because this section is about any issue you have so if any inactive player needs help
He just can log on
Now i know that he gonna keep checking for respones but sometimes he just find the solution in the internet and goes inactive again
again i do support this suggestion but it will be little bit hard
