There can be spectator mode available for few mods like Duels and few others where it wont affect much on on-going game. There can be this development that the spectators cant talk and Hp/Ap is hidden for them. But yes, Conveying players places can be a problem.

Yeah CWs, which are unspectable with no late join. The only case of heavy abuse has been in CW like DDOSing so theres practically no real water to use "abuse" as a reason to decline a spectator mode because no one cares outside of CW.

Good idea, and the feature of hiding HP/AP and chat is already coded into the replays with pressing the "h" key.
