Because: Turbo mode is already on crack cocaine, for example snipers can just sit in a corner and get 300/50 kd, so this would add LSD, amphetamine and methamphetamine to the mix This would also mean really skillful players can just dominate a room flawlessly - which kills the fun (like skillful snipers do )

As for the suggestion: Could work, but I don't think it will add much to the gamemode since you will most likely end up getting one-hit either way.
