I am also totally open to suggestions as well as if anyone knows how to upload 60 FPS videos to youtube I would be forever grateful. 30 FPS just doesn't do Gunz justice.

All you have to do is change the output resolution of recording in OBS (assuming you use OBS) and change the advanced settings from 30 FPS to 60 or 120 depending on your PC rig.

YouTube will automatically convert it to 1080p60FPS, right now you're recording at 1280x720@30FPS which is why on YT it shows 720p only as a resolution option, gl.
