I think this has been suggested alot, the problem were mostly because some can Cheat.
Let say I'm in Voicechat with my friend and he's in Enemy Team, I can tell him where the people are.

Maybe if it's a team against team, you as a viewer can only watch one team that you support.

So same problem, i can just choose the other team my friend is against and I can lie i support other team?

hmm... so maybe this option will be only in training rooms or rooms without teams, in events it can be.

For Training Rooms I agree, for Events just those like HNS, Dodgeball that doesn't have players run away from Hunter.
