    Seriously, reformat. Slap your windows disk in your drive, boot from disk, wipe your system clean. and install a fresh. like a new pc!

    Yes thats perfect idea .. before 1 month my PC was lagging like sh1t omfg ... i wasnt able to move my mouse cuz of lag.. i wont talk for gunz there was tottaly lag.. but when i opened my PC box .. there was a lot of powder LOL ... open it .. clear the powder should work
