Use the dmp with the latest date that you played and crashed with

ex: Gunz_2014-04-14_02-08-34.dmp = 2014 April, 14th

U can upload all ur DMP files and Devs or GM will took care of it.

You really need to buy a VGA (Video Graphics Array) in short, a graphic card.
Your current one sucks ass, I wonder if you even get 60 FPS with that VGA.
Buy a good VGA = problem soved.
