Gems are wrong. Missing the .
E.g. 3.0% instead of 30%.

What about the HP and AP gems which were already whole numbers? I seriously hope its not what it says it is. (Rare Lv1) HP boost of 25 and (Epic Lv1) AP boost of 40.

I'll just assume it's 2.5 HP and 4.0 HP... or this is the biggest P2W gap I've ever seen for GunZ, where people with the gems will have UG stats and people without it only have FG stats.

yep,
4 AP with 1 gem of level 1 is way too op.
you cant evne get 3 AP with a normal gem like at all.
