(+16,5 + 330 (base) = 346,5 instead of 375 so you are slightly slower but it has a passive; moving through units and +75 movement speed while withing 550 units of a visible enemy champion; so if you engage an enemy your movement speed would spike from 346,5 to 368,6 (5%+7%) so you would love only 6,4 in total from your Beserker Greaves).
Also Phantom dancer is 2550 so only 1450 more gold compared to Beserk Greaves, if you sell your Beserker Greaves you get 770 so when you are full build and you decide to swap to Phantom Dancer you only need to collect 1780 gold when you are full build.
TLDR; Swap Beserker Greaves for Phantom Dancer and you only lose 6,4 movement speed, gain 10% attack speed 30% crit stike, ghosting passive and
12% damage reduction against the last enemy champion hit (ends after 10 seconds out of combat) aka good for 1v1.
This only calculated when you are in combat.
