Limitbreakers can be a costly shotgun to obtain therefore they need somewhat a P2P aspect over other shotguns but nothing to drastic that's why I've chosen to alter both differently by changing clip/delay of each one. Although they are of a higher damage output you have to sacrifice delay for each one and even more so for the Limitbreaker X extra clip size.
Also I'd remove Pioneer from shop, replace LimitBreaker X with it, even call it a Pioneer X since its stats won't mimic exactly what IJJI Pioneer was

It looks like your current proposal is worth a shot. I don't think donors should have +2 dmg over max bounty or it's heavily biased to P2W. The Only thing I'll say for now is that Avengers (Heavy SG) started at 10dmg not 9. In order to compete with a standard Breaker in ijji. For a shotgun, DMG will always be more crucial than delay like StephanM says. Delay will only have small dent in gameplay since Kstyle is around, and H shotguns would benefit the least from delay drops with due to the low ammo.
Oh and thanks in advance for removing drop-off, I still think the new accurate hitbox needs to go, but at least there's some give instead of killing the server out of pure stubbornness

The standard and light ones are alright, just the heavy ones need more love. At ijji you had alot less HP/AP, now with the gems you can stack up to 149HP/124AP. So let me do the calculation when one shotgun shot spreads out 12 bullets:
Standard Donation 200c with 10 damage and 5 clips
10 damage x 12 bullets x 5 clips = 600 MAX DMG when every bullet is hitting (PB)
Heavy Donation 200c with 12 damage and 3 clips
12 damage x 12 bullets x 3 clips = 432 MAX DMG when every bullet is hitting (PB)
Light Donation 200c with 9 damage and 6 clips
9 damage x 12 bullets x 6 clips = 648 MAX DMG when every bullet is hitting (PB)
As you can see Light has the best MAX DMG and also has the lowest weight, delay and reload time. On the other side Heavy has the highest weight, reload time and delay and the lowest MAX DMG. But you also need to reconsider that 6 shots take longer than 3 shots, on the other hand it's pretty dumb when you are empty and your opponent still has 3 shots left. The Movement is also handicapped when you get chased because you need to reload 2.2 secs with the Heavy ones.My suggestion is to make the Heavy ones 4 clips, 1000 delay and 2 sec reload time.
