The in-game chat is limited to 64 characters. It's a hardcoded limit inside of gunz.
We could change it in the future.

I'm sorry that the "／人 ⌒ ‿‿ ⌒ 人＼" title didn't stand out in such an obvious way to me that it implied it would be a suggestion regarding text limit. Next time I'll be sure to check more thoroughly.
