This is the exact response you will get, using macros is not illegal and it cannot be reported. ( Unless a GM is in room and decides to DC you, he actually can ) The only way a macro can be reported and MAY have some action taken, is if you show screenshots and or replays of that person abusing you even though you have asked them to stop.
