Anyways, here's some logical advice.

If your not Mexican, why care - ignore.
If you are, then accept it, because you are.
If it's used with an aggressive insulting adjective that may seem degrading, then care and report.

The way I see it, I think statement #1 is what should be done.
Plus, it's not even targeting you. :\

All I've seen are useless reports such as:
-spam (which I think should be removed from TOS, unless it's a spam hacker)
-small amounts of insulting, which is pretty normal for a sane person, since it's a game
-pointless suspicions of any other possible things

P.S. Khloe, please stop trying to be such a suck up and report every last little thing just because you want to be a GM.

Well the way Khloe sees it, there's an implication in which all Mexicans are laggers.
Thus resulting a report when calling a certain race a lagger.
