Remove vials from clan war

The replay provided has donor vials used. The nornal vials are already shit compared to the donors. I think 120% ms is negligble compared to the like 180% of donors.

Oh yeah right I forgot about donation ones, based off those (which have 160%, not 180%) I did some quick changes, note that these are just crunching number.. perhaps these will be the balance changes.. maybe not, no promises.
