According to this report spiking is allowed as long as the ping stays green? The ping clearly jumps from 10 to 50-60.
Mattie is from the netherlands and so is angry. So the ping should be stable at around 10. If it's allowed as long as the ping is green then the spikes can be 100 O_o?

as far as i can tell the user's ping was stable at 40-60, except at two instances where it was lower. whether mattie uses a vpn to accomplish this or not doesnt matter, if the recordings don't support the evidence provided by screenshots, no punishment will be given. I assume tony watched the replays and saw that there were no spikes/teleports, but will inform them of their ping because, in the end, it is 10-60.
