do you have all network drivers installed? Maybe open ports? Enable upnp? Just some things to try
I've enabled upnp in my router and yes all drivers are installed, however my windows wasn't fully updated yet so i'm doing that right now hoping it will solve something.
Still occurring....
Flush dns n stuff?
Control Panel>>Networks>>Network and Sharing>>Right click the Internet Adapter that you currently have and select "Properties"
from there you can see all the filters that are currently installed on that adapter. Sometimes you have to restart for it to take effect. If it screws something up just re-check them.
Hope this helps!
