[Help - Launcher] GunZ keeps crashing on launch.

Hello,

This problem started after I lost my internet connection for about 5 mins. After I got my connection back, GunZ all of a sudden started to crash on launch.

I tried turning off my firewall and anti-virus. (MalwareBytes.)
I tried reinstalling Microsoft 2010 Redistributable.
I tried running GunZ launcher and the GunZ.exe in compatibility mode (Windows 7.)
I tried reinstalling GunZ several times.
I tried a portable verison of Freestyle Gunz.
I tried running GunZ on another account.


I'm on the Windows 10 Insider Programme Slow ring running the creators update.
This shouldn't be causing the problem as I was able to play GunZ without any crashes or issues for a week on the creators update even after two preview updates.

Sounds like an Anti-Hack issue. Disable any unnecessary programs (e.g. via task manager) before you launch FGunZ. Also, see if there's an update for your video card driver, we've seen outdated video card drivers cause issues as well.

McSic sir as you have tell me don't keep any unnecessary program in background , i was not keeping any unnecessary program but still my gunz is not working
again and again same coming : gunz has stop working , i try to reinstall but again same happening

Sounds like an Anti-Hack issue. Disable any unnecessary programs (e.g. via task manager) before you launch FGunZ. Also, see if there's an update for your video card driver, we've seen outdated video card drivers cause issues as well.

I hardly have anything running on my computer and I disabled everything including unnesscary programs and processes and my anti-virus.


Everything should be up to date as Windows 10 has automatic updates and I checked Intel's Driver Update Untility.

Could you both please post the contents of mlog.txt from the FGunz folder.

Edit: Also running an inside program version of Windows 10 isn't exactly a smart idea for daily use. Inside program is beta releases that makes changes and could cause numerous of problems such as running GunZ.

Yes I understand that, but I like to try and test new features out before release.

GunZ was working on the latest slow preview for about a week until the problem started to occur.
