He's almost 200 ping, that makes it really hard to tell since everything shown in the replays are delayed for him. Like in castle like you said he wasn't aiming you but that's because from his perspective everything happens one second later, so where you were standing at in the replay he saw one second later, and with that in mind I can't say that he's cheating because it looks like any other 200 ping fight lol. The only round I thought was suspicious was round 3 in mansion.
