Regardless the thread was created with the intents of "v8" he however was banned in v7 therefore I take on face value that he's now unbanned and yet to be banned that he's currently playing legitly.

Look into everyone pretty much on that list have been banned at some point for hacking, however I'm basing this on all on v8 not on the past versions so I'll take on face value till they are re-banned that they are playing legitly, however anyone on this who does happen to get banned will be moved to "H Tier".

Zeus is basing bar off of the 1v1 tournament that happened in March.
Stop trying to nitpick on things that are already very clear.
Bar might be unlegit as **** sometimes but he managed to place first in a tournament that Notorious hosted. So what you trying to say?
