We always submit our updates to Microsoft, where it takes them a few hours to confirm them.
We did not give them enough time this time with the mini-patch, as we had to quickly fix the crashes and loadouts. However, it will stop complaining in a few hours when Microsoft has confirmed it.

Just a heads up that the mlog.txt files are pretty useless to us, we need the gunz.dmp file if any is generated at the time you crashed.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

If you purchased extra loadout slots and you cannot see them, you must restart the game first. This is a known problem, which is fixed in the next update.

The loadout is loading the wrong items when you have duplicates of that item.
ie. You have a [L] Nico MG-KX x2 (Rare, lv. 27) and a [L] Nico MG-KX x2 (Mythical lv. 4).
Hitting load will cycle through those weapons.
