4.) Some staff members power abuse and its not right. They do not receive the punishment that they deserve, That is one thin i wish would change. Get some mature staff members in here to replace the immature ones.

Note: Every time someone or their fried gets into trouble its always abuse because your though process is so bias you assume your friend did nothing wrong and the enforcer is always at fault. If people had a logical though process and where able to decipher between right and wrong and where able to judge based on the rules then no one would cry abuse. unfortunately this is the internet and people just enjoy to follow their own rules and think that they are always right and cannot take responsibility for their actions.
