The Only Thing I Could Really Suggest Is Creating A New Hotmail And Seeing if That One Works.

Oh I've had this problem about 3 times now.
It comes randomly, basically your account is like shut off for an unknown reason.
My solution was logging onto another email and just add people I want to talk to.
-and check if my accounts working again every 10-15min.
