its ur anti virus turn off ur resident shield of w/e it called and then u can play.. when ur done playing turn it on again

No need to leave, delete your gunz, switch of your anti virus, fire wall .
Restart your computer, then check that it is of, then re - dl it.
And then start it, it should work fine.
